Victor received percussion training and completed a musical studies diploma at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental (music conservatory) of Charleville-Mézières in 2011. A year later, at age 18, he joined the Haute École des Arts du Rhin, an art and music school in Strasbourg where he worked with Emmanuel Séjourné, Stephan Fougeroux and Denis Riedinger. During his time there, he met a number of talented musicians and had the opportunity to hone his percussion skills by participating in solo, chamber and orchestra performances. He obtained his undergraduate degree in 2015 and chose to pursue a master of arts in Musical Performance from the same institute.

At the same time, Victor was actively interested in teaching, going on to complete a state diploma in arts education in 2016, which qualified him to teach at several local establishments. Over time, he moved into contemporary music performance, both solo and ensemble, collaborating with many groups such as Ensemble Linea, Ensemble HANATSU miroir, Nishi Duo, and trio a/Z, among others. This allowed him to work closely with renowned composers such as Helmut Lachenmann, Raphaël Cendo, Aurélien Dumont, Martin Matalon, Alberto Posadas, Philippe Manoury, Francesco Filidei and György Kurtag.
